1. Cat-Ha-Rina Creations sells printed Wall Art and various printed Home Décor products.

   2. The home décor range includes placemats, coasters, pot stands, bathroom mats, scatter cushions, table runners and various vinyl products. These are supplied as products from our online shop.

2. The fabric is printed on a hybrid direct to fabric roll to roll printer and heat treated to set the ink.

   3. Delivery Policy: Online orders will be processed within 5 – 10 working days depending on confirmation of payment and the order will be confirmed with a confirmation email. Products will be packaged securely to prevent any damage during transportation and delivery. Products will be sent to clients via courier. The rate of delivery is for the clients’ account and will be stipulated on the webpage during checkout. The delivery cost will depend on the quantity and weight of the ordered products and the delivery address.

   4. The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

3. 5. Return and Refunds Policy: The provision of goods and services by Cat-Ha-Rina Creations is based on orders. Cancellation of online orders by the client will be fully refunded given the order is cancelled before it is dispatched for delivery. The client will be fully refunded for returned products if those products are returned within 14 days of delivery, given that the products are returned in the exact condition it has been delivered and the packaging secured to prevent damage during transit. The client will not be refunded for initial or return delivery costs. If products are damaged during the initial delivery, Cat-Ha-Rina Creations will replace the damaged products.

              Our wall art pieces are for indoor display only and damage incurred for outdoor display will not be refunded.

          6.  Customer Privacy Policy: Cat-Ha-Rina Creations shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. To this clause, “personal information”                    shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 7. 7. Payment Options Accepted: Payments for online orders can be made via Yoco and the payment options made available via Yoco. Payment via eft can be requested in certain instances where tax invoices are requested.

   8. Merchant outlet country and transaction currency: The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

   9. Responsibility: Cat-Ha-Rina Creations takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

   10. Country of domicile: This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Cat-Ha-Rina Creations chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi, for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, South Africa.

   11. Variation: Cat-Ha-Rina Creations may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
